Members arriving (greeted by Bill, Steve, Helen and Jillian. Site plans issued (include where registration is and what time), sign in and setting up. Brian Douglas and parking attendants (Paul Rodney, Warren Mitchell, Grahame Reid) direct traffic to sites.
3:00PM – 4:30PM
Muster registration in Function Pavilion (Pam Stanley and Treasurer Helen Mitchell).
Raffles and merchandise sales open.
Photo competition commences – located in Function Pavilion – details in your Arrival Pack (Kris Burnet in charge). No entry fee, no cash prizes. (Printing of photos will NOT be available at the Committee office).
Please register on the clipboards in Function Pavilion for:
- Paint n Sip (Sunday 28th)
- River Cruises – Morning and Afternoon (Friday 3rd)
- Volunteers to help with various activities (eg fires, BBQ breakfast, sausage sizzle, catered dinner table decorating, Spit roast dinner carvers/servers, market day stall etc)

Happy Hour and Friendship Gathering (BYO drinks and nibbles) (To be around the campfire (adjacent to site 748), or in the Ben Hall Shears if raining).
President Bill to welcome all members, announce important issues and outline Risk Management Plan, Emergency Procedures including defibrillator/location of first aiders. Noel Flavell to explain ‘silent auction’ process.
