Evacuation Plan – if you hear 3 strong blasts from the Air Horn, move immediately to the centre of the trotting track (do not loiter)

Fire Extinguishers – are located at every committee van (in the A frame) but call 000 first!!!

First Aid – Maz and Helen can be found close to Ben Hall Shears, but if serious call 000 first!!!

Individual Fires – are allowed but must be contained, off the ground and attended at all times, being fully extinguished before going to bed.

Dogs – No dogs at Happy Hour or any event where food is served (registered assistance dogs excepted)

Recycling – Do NOT crush cans the yellow bins are for 10c containers only, there is one yellow bin at the fire pits for paper and cardboard only.

Theft – We have had some theft already, please secure your site.

Traffic – please use the entry/exit closest to your van. (no vehicles in Happy Hour section)

Power – No Van2Van connections, if you need power or use of generator, contact Brian first.

Sites – Please respect peoples sites and use walkways and roads.
